MelMarie Yoga is committed to serving our community by harboring therapeutic yoga teachers and the effort to make therapeutic yoga more accessible, available, and authentic.

It is the heart of MelMarie Yoga to offer more opportunities for San Antonio to experience health maintenance and all things self care.


Donation Based Group Classes


"Give What You Can" Classes

These classes are Drop In, no reservation required.
The donations collected for each yoga class go to the teacher's time and space. 

Suggested Donation: $15 

ALL SERIES CLASSES ARE INDICATED AND MAY REQUIRE DROP IN RATE

6-7pm Moon Phase Flow with Natalie 

7:30pm Yoga Nidra with Natalie

Tuesday:

9:30-10:30am MINDFUL BODY BASICS with Diana (Series Class; Tuesdays Feb 13- March 6 || $25/Drop In)

12-1pm Yoga for Balance and Bliss with Natalie

6:30-7:30pm Yoga for Stress Management with Kim

Wednesday: By Series or Appointment Only.

8:30-9:30am Yoga for Self Care with Melissa  

Friday: 

11:30-12:30pm Resilient & Restorative Body Conditioning Series with Joanne (Series Class; Fridays Feb 16- March 9 || $18/Drop In)

Saturday: 

4-5pm Rest and Reset Yoga with Ariel

Sunday:

6:30-7:30pm Yin with Paula
