About Joanne 

Joanne is a certified RYT 200hr Adaptive Yoga Instructor. She received her training from MelMarie Yoga Academy in 2017. Family, health, and fitness are her top priorities in life. Joanne enjoys a variety of physical exercises such as pilates, running, and yoga. But Yoga has become her passion because it brings balance to not only her physical wellness, but also grounds her spiritual and emotional wellness. She firmly believes that part of a healthy lifestyle is having grace for oneself and is honored to share her yoga journey with others. In addition to being a yoga teacher, Joanne is also a mother to 3 beautiful children and is the Treasurer of a non-profit organization.

This class is a drop in class with a suggested donation of $15.

Yoga for Vitality and Wellness will focus on increasing flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance through low-impact movement. Moreover, this practice will also keep your mind sharp, increase positive emotions, center on mindfulness, and strengthen an awareness of Self.

All levels are welcome as we provide adaptive and therapeutic options to meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey. 

Props will be incorporated for support during the practice.
