MelMarie Yoga is committed to serving our community by harboring therapeutic yoga teachers and the effort to make therapeutic yoga more accessible, available, and authentic.

Our facility is beginner friendly, TBI friendly and trauma sensitive accessible to all populations.


Donation Based Group Classes


"Give What You Can" Classes

These classes are Drop In, no reservation required.
The donations collected for each yoga class go to the teacher's time and space. 

Props and yoga mats are provided. Just bring an open heart and wear comfortable clothes to move in.

Suggested Donation: $15 

ALL SERIES CLASSES ARE INDICATED AND MAY REQUIRE DROP IN RATE

Monday:

5:30-6:30pm Moon Phase Flow with Caitlyn 

7-8pm Rest and Reset Yoga with Ariel

Tuesday:

10:30-11:30am Yoga for Vitality and Wellness with Joanne

12-1pm Yoga for Balance and Bliss with Natalie

6:30-7:30pm Yoga for Stress Management with Kim

Wednesday: By Series or Appointment Only.

Thursday:

8:30-9:30am Yoga for Self Care with Melissa 

6:30-7:30pm Yoga and Meditation with Kim

Friday: 

9:30-10:45 am Yin SERIES with Paula 

Saturday: 

9:30-10:45am (FIRST & THIRD SATURDAYS) Prenatal Yoga with Natasha 

Sunday:

6:30-7:30pm Yin with Paula
