Community for Clinicians

A professional community for clinicians exploring the intersection of mental health, mind-body practice, yoga, nervous-system education, and Whole Health. This is a community for the clinician behind the work.

A complimentary professional community for mental-health clinicians and healthcare professionals interested in thoughtful conversation, embodied practice, professional connection, and the evolving role of yoga and mindfulness within whole-person care. Where clinical practice, self care, and mind-body health meet. Led By Tania

Tania Palacios is a mental health counselor, yoga therapist (RYT-500), and Life MAP Coach who integrates therapy and embodied practices in a way that feels grounded and practical. Her work is rooted in nervous system awareness, self-study, and the mind–body connection, not as something to fix, but as an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself over time. She helps people slow down, notice what’s actually happening, and respond with greater clarity and intention.

With experience across both civilian and military settings, Tania brings a flexible, real-world perspective to her work. Her focus goes beyond insight, supporting people in feeling more confident and more aligned in how they show up in their everyday lives. In her private practice, she works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, offering counseling and yoga therapy in ways that feel practical for day-to-day life.

Tania's approach draws from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, somatic practices, mindfulness, and expressive therapies, always individualized to the person in front of her, rather than a standardized model. At the core of her work is self-study as a guiding practice, learning to notice patterns, understanding your internal experience, and responding with greater intention over time. Rather than focusing on fixing or judging, she supports building awareness and flexibility to cultivate a steadier relationship with yourself.

A Deeper Look Into The Community

As you move from learning the work to living it, many clinicians find themselves holding a lot, without a place to process, integrate, or reconnect with themselves. This community was created to meet you in that space, where structure fades, the questions get quieter, and the weight can feel heavier. A nervous system–informed collective for mental health professionals, clinicians, and mind body practitioners who are craving more than continued education, they’re craving connection, embodiment, and a place to land.

Here, we bridge the gap between training and real-life practice. Through somatic exploration, trauma-informed approaches, and nervous system education, you’ll reconnect with tools that don’t just live in your head, but in your body, your presence, and your way of being with clients.

Welcome to a space where clinicians reconnect, with themselves, with each other, and with new ways of working.

A place to pause. | A place to breathe. | A place to belong.

The Community is complimentary for clinicians with monthly virtual gatherings hosting speakers and self care experiences. Once you join below, you will receive an email within 48 hours with your welcome packet and instructions for accessing the monthly zoom sessions on the Second Sunday of every month.

FAQ

How do I join?

Start with foundational member access and if it feels right you can move deeper. Fill this form out first and we will be in touch to get you started and give access to Second Sundays.

Who is this community for?

This space is for licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals, clinicians, and mind-body practitioners at any stage of their career. It's especially designed for those who find themselves holding a lot without a place to process, integrate, or reconnect. If you're craving more than continuing education, if you want connection, embodiment, and a place to land- you belong here. All participants are required to complete the google doc screening to ensure the integrity of the community.

What makes this different from supervision or continuing education?

Traditional supervision focuses on clinical competency where CEUs widen knowledge. The Community for Clinicians focuses on you as a whole person. We bridge the gap between training and real-life practice beyond the "what" of your work, but the how. We integrate evidence-informed tools in ways for personal and professional skill building.

What can I expect to experience inside the community?

Experiences that foster practical application, manage compassion fatigue, expand your personal capacity for holding space and integrate evidence-informed tools in ways that feel natural. This is a space to ask the questions that often go unspoken in the field. Gather with peers, guided by meaningful dialogue, elevate your tools and restore in community.

What does the monthly gathering look like?

The monthly virtual gathering meets on the second Sunday of every month for one hour. It includes guest speakers on clinician wellness and somatic topics, guided practices, and meaningful activities. When you join, you'll receive a welcome packet with resources and instructions for accessing the Zoom sessions.

What is included in the free Foundations membership?

Level One is completely complimentary and includes access to the monthly virtual gathering, MelMarie Yoga On Demand, and community resources. You'll receive a welcome packet upon joining with everything you need to get started. This is a meaningful entry point genuinely designed to support you.

What does Level Two, Mentorship with Tania, add?

Level Two includes everything in the free membership, plus: 20% off discounts on continuing education through MelMarie Yoga including certifications and trainings, drop-in workshops at a discounted rate, 1:1 mentorship with Tania Palacios through Voxer, and access to weekly "popcorn" yoga to practice, receive and share your embodiment practices.

How does this actually support my work with my clients?

As clinicians, we understand the impact of self care and healthy patterns through lifestyle and mindset that impact how you show up. This is the essence of neuroplasticity in action. This is a space for clinicians to receive that benefit and when you feel grounded, your work shifts. It shows up with how you sit with clients. The gatherings help you integrate what you already know in accessible, practically applied into the work.

Can I cancel or change my membership? What if I cannot make a session?

The free membership gives you ongoing access to join Second Sunday gatherings and resources via email along with the complimentary support of weekly yoga and the on demand studio. Paid memberships are based on month to month membership. There is no commitment and you can cancel that membership anytime. Life happens, you still have access to what is shared and resources after monthly sessions but it is okay if you cannot attend a live session. Even just being part of the continued resources can bring value to your personal work and profession.

How is this different from doing my own self care?

There is something powerful about being in a space with people who understand the work from the inside. This is about the shared experience of being a clinician, not just solo-practice. Many aspects of clinical work can be deeply meaningful but at times isolating. Many times clinicians feel disconnection in their work. Even managing technology and industry changes- these shared experiences to integrate concepts and protocols can elevate not just your personal self care hygiene but also your professional capabilities too.
