MelMarie Yoga's Self-Paced Online 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training combines the freedom of pre-recorded learning with the mentorship, practice, and personal support of a guided training experience. Move through more than 100 hours of educational content on your own schedule while developing your teaching through monthly 1:1 mentorship, live integration sessions, weekly practice teaching, and ongoing support with Mel.
You'll explore the foundations of yoga through an adaptive and therapeutically informed lens while developing your own voice, teaching skills, and understanding of how to work thoughtfully with different people and populations. The curriculum is rooted in both tradition and real-world application, allowing you to deepen your personal practice while preparing to step into the profession of yoga teaching.

3. Stay Connected
Join monthly live integration sessions, meet 1:1 with Mel each month, participate in weekly Zoom practice teaching, and use Voxer coaching throughout your training. 4. Complete Your Practicum & Graduate
Once you've completed the program requirements, you'll meet with Mel for your final graduation session, deliver your practicum, and complete your 200-hour training journey.

Meet Your Teachers
Melissa Aguirre, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500 Program Director. You will cozy with Mel through Voxer Mentoring and most of the training videos. Her light hearted and grounded approach provides students with real-world applications of the ancient wisdom of yoga and its multi-faceted ways to be applied in our modern world.
Eva ZobianWolf, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, is a Registered Nurse and Certified Yoga Therapist with more than two decades of experience in the healing arts. She brings expertise in nervous-system regulation, trauma-informed yoga, burnout recovery, and somatic approaches to wellbeing.
MelMarie Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Students who successfully complete all requirements of the 200-hour program receive their 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and are eligible to apply for registration with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 level, subject to Yoga Alliance's current registration requirements.
Therapeutically informed education: The integrative and therapeutic components of this training are informed by the professional backgrounds and expertise of our faculty, including certified Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), and are not derived from MelMarie Yoga's status as a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance.
