What is Vedic Counseling?
In yoga tradition, the application of nature and planetary influences as it relates to our mental and physical health is the foundational domain of understanding. When we see how the elements and planets effect us, we can understand how to pacify those things through lifestyle choice, mindful awareness, compassion and wellness regimens.
Vedic Counseling is the process of applying sciences of Jyotish, also known as Vedic Astrology and Ayurvedic Wisdom to guide you in recovering your total well being. By understanding your tendencies- it gives awareness to imbalance inviting guidance in regulation.
In these sessions, based on your chart and constitution- I will guide you through deepening your understanding of yourself, your gifts, and tendencies inspiring a process of self awareness awakening skills, intentions and practices to aid in self care.
This is great if you are going through a transitional time in your life, needing clarity, business clarity, or trying to expand the way you show up for yourself and others.
Mel has been reading Vedic Charts since 2018 learning directly from a Vedic Mentor throughout her journey. The wisdom and impact of this timeless science makes it a necessary element in understanding our human nature and carrying the teachings and traditions of yoga forward. The Vedas consider Jyotish the science of light and time, as a key to self awareness and understanding. Akashic Healing Sessions
Ground into your heart as Mel guides you through an intuitive healing session by working with your Akashic Records and accessing the wisdom to guide, remind and reconnect you to yourself. We will remove emotional and energetic blockages while connecting back into the clarity to support you on your path. Your deepest questions about life and your desire of self understanding will be nourished in these sessions. Come prepared with questions that are on your heart and an openness to the power of intuitive akashic healing.
