Natalie guides others to wellness through the therapeutic application of yoga, Pilates, nutrition education, and self care techniques.  As a breast cancer survivor, she is especially passionate about helping others restore vitality after cancer treatment.  You can practice yoga, Pilates, and meditation with her online through her House of Healing studio or in person in San Antonio.  Her Reviving You program is specifically designed to restore sustainable wellness after breast cancer treatment by working with the body as a whole.  Reviving You is accessible online.

Kelseia Hertzog,

Kelseia Hertzog has been in the fitness industry since 2010 when she received her first group exercise certification (Zumba). She continued on this fitness journey that she had a passion for through obtaining her Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and later a Master degree in Exercise Science. Kelseia is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, RYT-200 yoga instructor, and she teaches several forms of group exercise.

My name is Caitlyn Garrison and I aim to make yoga as accessible, adaptable and trauma sensitive as possible by molding breath, movement and meditation into every class/private session I offer. I aim to strengthen the mind body connection to combat not only physical suffering, but mental and emotional hardships as well. I have been a graduate of the MelMarie 300HR program for a few years now and am currently enrolled in the Yoga therapy program she offers and am always looking to learn more about the science of yoga. Jessica Hendry

Jessica is a versatile yoga instructor that specializes in tailoring movement to fit individual needs and goals. I run a Virtual Barre + Wellness Studio that caters to creative, career-driven women, and on the other side I work with combat veterans offering holistic modalities to improve functional movement, soothe the mind and body, and promote healing and overall well-being. Shannon Porter

Shannon found yoga during college as a way to cope through stress and chronic anxiety. Initially trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Shannon found such power and beauty in utilizing somatics to help enhance the healing benefits of talk therapy to find a true, deep, lasting, life-changing healing. Shannon enjoys utilizing self-inquiry practices and tapping into each individual’s strengths and inner voice and helping rebuild a connection to self, which then can lead to richer, more fulfilling connections to others. 

Shannon is trained in adaptive flow yoga that’s inclusive for all levels and all people. She enjoys leading grounding, breath centric, nourishing flows that leave you feeling the euphoria that a deep exhale lends you.

Stephanie Skyy, RYT 500

Stephanie has been a fitness instructor since 2005 and started teaching Pole Fitness in 2006.  She has competed, performed and taught all over the country in dance and aerial arts including Pole, Wall running, and Aerial Hammock. In 2019 she hung up her stilettos to ground herself on the yoga mat and is now a 500RYT Adaptive Yoga Instructor.

Stephanie has taken her fitness, yoga and dance experience and have created her several classes that infuse all her movement modalities into a full body and mind experience. You will come out of class feeling energized, grounded and powerful.  Her classes specialize in flow with music, mind and body movement and awareness….and fun music!

A lot of her work focuses on Divine feminine and Masculine energies for healing. She is certified in Arial Yoga and is Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer.

Johana’s passion is teaching and sharing knowledge with others, especially if it will benefit others through inner and outer growth. Johana’s yoga journey began in 2014 when she realized that yoga helped her to calm her mind. She began to have a passion for yoga which helped her in many ways mentally, emotionally, physically and she decided to teach so she could share it with others. She learned about the importance of play from early childhood and combines yoga with play. She also enjoys helping others to connect back with themselves and that is through breath, movement, and play! She guides students through play to make self-inquiry by discovering, exploring as well as encouraging self creativity through their own mindful movement practice. Cynthia Madden, Pilates and Adaptive Yoga Teacher

My name is Cynthia Madden, I’m a graduate of Mel’s 200 hour adaptive yoga program, and a mat pilates instructor. I share the practice of yoga with others to ground them into the present moment, build a mind body connection, while also incorporating self care practices to heal from within. Combined with my Pilates background, I include functional and mindful movement to strengthen and rehabilitate the body.

Cynthia Redhead, MS, RYT-300 is an artist, bilingual meditation & mindfulness teacher, entrepreneur, and project manager. Cynthia is very passionate about creating and teaching meditation classes, programs, and workshops following ancient traditions, such as Buddhism, Kundalini, and Bhakti Yoga. Cynthia supports her students by teaching them how to reconnect to themselves through the power of their breath. Cynthia’s meditation classes can include sound healing, Kirtan, Mantra meditation, aromatherapy, crystals, journaling, and many other holistic healing modalities. .Cynthia is originally from Lima, Peru. She now lives in San Antonio, Texas, a place that she calls home. Alejandra is a bilingual first-generation Mexican-American Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 500 with Yoga Alliance in Adaptive and Therapeutic Yoga. Her passion is connecting community members to experience the unique healing qualities Yoga and mindfulness gifts us all individually. Alejandra incorporates guided meditation and distinct therapeutic modalities such as-Sound healing with Chakra tuned-crystal bowls, Usui Holy Fire Reiki II, NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy in her practice to enhance the experience.
