Yoga Therapy is a co-creative process oriented towards healing and improving quality of life. 

Yoga Therapy blends yoga philosophy, practices, mindfulness and other mind body modalities into tailored experiences to pacify imbalance, increase mobility, improve mental hygiene and aid optimal function of mind, body and heart. 

MONTHLY YOGA THERAPY PACKAGE WITH MEL | $144/month

Your Yoga Therapy Package includes a monthly 90 min 1:1 Yoga Therapy session with Mel and twice a week tailored virtual Yoga Therapy classes. If you miss the live class, you are able to watch on-demand and use as "homework" for further integration. Mel may also customize the resources you have access to within the Virtual Studio including live workshops and education  to support you in your yoga therapy journey. 

For in person sessions, once you inquire below- Mel will discuss this option if you are in the local area.

These memberships are personalized based upon your consultation and assessment with Mel scheduled each month. From there she will curate a unique self care plan to support your integration of Yoga Therapy where you will receive your own membership code for access to resources. Furthermore, you will also have access to Mel through a unique mentoring app to aid further integration into your daily practice and yoga therapy protocols.

Many of my students find that wellness begins to emulate throughout their lives when utilizing the relevant, meaningful and therapeutic applications of yoga. Yoga Therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client shifting from the traditional disease focused medical practice to a more client-centered approach. Test postures can reveal imbalances throughout the physical body, which are often manifested from an psycho-emotional imbalance. Yoga Therapy addresses the energetic, mental, and lifestyle factors that influence health, not just an isolated set of symptoms. Evidence based research is consistently validating the profound healing benefits yoga and mindfulness has on developing functional movement patterns, rewiring the brain, inducing healthy aging, creating structural stability, emotional resilience, self awareness, and much more. 


Yoga Therapy allows the client to receive personal, individualized attention that he or she would not receive in a community yoga class. Working in small groups or one on one creates the opportunity to receive a uniquely tailored class designed to suit the yoga experience you desire. Mel offers a mix of class styles from therapeutic classes that will improve one’s wellness in their daily life addressing flexibility, strengthening, and balance or classes for those who desire a more vigorous practice to enhance their mind body workout. Clients will begin to reap the physical benefits as well as learning sustainable, holistic techniques to flourish in his or her life.
